To Manually Create the "Run" Shortcut 1. Right click on a empty area on desktop, and click on New and Shortcut.
2. Type in the location belowinto the location area, and click on the Next button. (See screenshot below)

3. Type Run for the name, and click on the Finish button. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: You can name this anything you would like though.
4. Right click on the new Run shortcut on the Desktop and click on Properties.
5. Click on the Shortcut tab. To the right of Run, click on the drop down menu and select Minimized and click on Apply. (See screenshot below)
NOTE: This is so the command window will not be seen flashing quickly open and closed when you use the Windows Update shortcut.
6. Click on the Change Icon button. (See screenshot above)
7. In the line under "Look for icons in this file", type in the location below and press Enter. (See screenshot below)

8. Select the Run icon and click on OK. (See screenshot above)
9. Click on OK. (See screenshot below)
10. Move the shortcut to where you like for easy use.
